Miami Beach Condo Wet Drywall Drying
Arrival readings in this Miami Beach condo unit put a moisture meter at 29.5% on wet drywall above wood-look flooring. Drying ran to a final walkthrough in February 2026 with the walls dry, the room cleaned and every piece of equipment removed, all logged across 1,084 CompanyCam photos.


Miami Kitchen Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
A kitchen fire in this Miami home charred the upper cabinet beside the range and left soot across the ceiling and wall above it. The 907-photo CompanyCam file, closed in February 2026, follows the cleanup through the rest of the home to a child's bedroom cleaned, its shelving reloaded and its wood-look plank floor clear.


Miami Condo Wall Flood Cut & Drying
The flood-cut line was marked about two feet up the drywall in this Miami condo before the lower section came out along two closet walls, exposing clean metal studs. Drying was documented to completion in June 2026 across 576 CompanyCam photos, with the tile floor dry and the equipment pulled.


Miami Condo Ceiling Leak Mitigation
A ceiling leak in this Miami condo left a stain ring around the chandelier canopy and broke the drywall open where the water came through. The 425-photo CompanyCam file, completed in May 2026, documents the dry-out with the bedroom's ceramic-tile floor clean and dry and the furniture protected under plastic sheeting.


Miami Tile Floor Water Extraction & Drying
An extraction wand pulled standing water off the white tile floor of this Miami home on arrival. The 317-photo CompanyCam file, closed in July 2025, follows the drying to final moisture checks on the baseboards with an air mover still running as the last readings were taken.


Miami Condo Kitchen Ceiling Leak Restoration
Opening the kitchen ceiling cavity in this Miami condo exposed water-saturated insulation and stained, torn drywall around the plumbing. The 298-photo CompanyCam file, completed in May 2026, runs through to a cleaned kitchen with containment still taped along one wall and no water or debris left on the tile floor.


Miami Condo Kitchen Water Damage Drying

Water had pooled across the large-format gray porcelain tile between the workstations of this Miami office when the crew arrived. The 251-photo CompanyCam file, completed in February 2025, documents the drying down to the walls and baseboards, clean and intact at completion.


North Miami Condo Kitchen Sink Leak Drying
Standing water had spread across the wood-look laminate in this North Miami condo's dining area on day one. The 202-photo CompanyCam file, closed in January 2026, documents the kitchen sealed behind a zippered containment door with a dehumidifier and air mover running through the final visit.


North Miami Corridor Ceiling Dry-Out
The textured corridor ceiling in this North Miami multi-unit building had peeled away and broken open into the cavity above. The 194-photo CompanyCam file, completed in January 2026, follows the work to the dried, carpeted corridor during final cleanup, walls clean with only a shop vacuum and caution sign still in place.


Miami Commercial Warehouse Floor Water Extraction
A sheet of standing water covered the bare concrete floor around the processing equipment and pallet racking in this Miami warehouse. The 152-photo CompanyCam file, closed in April 2025, shows the floor dry after mitigation with a commercial dehumidifier still running among the stacked pallets.

A ceiling leak left dark stain streaks running down the popcorn ceiling into the wall corner of this North Miami condo. The 121-photo CompanyCam file, closed in January 2026, shows the room dried with an air scrubber running by the doorway and the trim boards leaning against the wall.

A film of standing water covered the large-format gray porcelain tile across this Miami condo's kitchen floor on arrival. The 98-photo CompanyCam file, completed in April 2025, closes with a thermal-camera scan across the dry living room floor.


Miami Condo Ceiling Leak Water Damage Drying

Towels blanketed the floor of this Miami laundry room and the under-sink cabinet doors stood open beside the dark blue cabinetry and washer. A pinless moisture meter was held against the light wood plank floor at the base of a textured wall panel in this Miami commercial space.
