They were incredibly responsive and every staff member I spoke with, especially Steve, was so incredibly informative, kind, genuine, and just top notch to deal with! I didn't know what to anticipate as I had never had water damage before, but the crew that came really provided A+++ service! They explained every last detail of the entire process from start to finish, wore protective gear due to COVID, then sent me multiple photos of before and after before they left! The experience couldn't have gone any better. I wish I could've given 10 stars for their incredible customer service and attention to detail. Highly communicative, high quality work, the list goes on! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! EXCELLENT job!!!

I was very impressed with the entire team. They were able to shift around schedules to get someone in the next day. Restoration Doctor spent pretty much the entire day (way more than anyone probably would have) doing everything they quoted. Their work was great. What makes companies like this people I want to work with is that you are talking to the owner if you need and he is wanting to make sure you are happy/satisfied. other companies just offer lip service. Steve really went out of his way (as well as the entire company) to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional. The crew came for an emergency flood that leaked from the top floor down. They checked everything, found the source, and got to work right away. The price was good compared to the other companies... Me and my wife are very satisfied with the final results, we definitely use this company again! Thank you very much!

What an amazing company. Steve came to do a mold clean up for us, and he was absolutely amazing. He came promptly, was kind and did an amazing job for us. Restoration Doctor came to help us when our washing machine leaked in 2019. We noticed a smell and reached out. Steve came back out at no charge and treated the system again. The smell is gone. Edgar had told us originally that the initial smell may return but they guaranteed their work. They are honest and they stand by their warranty. I would definitely use them again. Steve, the owner, promptly replied to my emergency flooding mitigation consultation over email. Dave, the technician, was very professional, on-time, and even came out on a Sunday. They respected our house and took extra care to keep the pets inside while they were in and out of the house working. They did a full service, treated for mold, and used organic sanitizers. Undoubtedly they are my new service provider for water mitigation.

We are extremely satisfied with this company! Ihab and Fadi showed us photos and videos of our air ducts and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work. After also being scammed by another company, we appreciated that they did not try to push unnecessary services. The technicians were very informative while answering all our questions and gave us their recommendations for the work.

My basement flooded and they really made the whole stressful situation as pleasant as possible. They made my basement look brand new. I was really satisfied with their service and would definitely call them up if anything like this happened again.
