I have nothing but incredibly positive things to say about Restoration Doctor. They were incredibly responsive and every staff member I spoke with, especially Steve, was so incredibly informative, kind, genuine, and just top notch to deal with! I didn’t know what to anticipate as I had never had water damage before, but the crew that came really provided A+++ service! They explained every last detail of the entire process from start to finish, wore protective gear due to COVID, then sent me multiple photos of before and after before they left! The experience couldn’t have gone any better. I wish I could’ve given 10 stars for their incredible customer service and attention to detail. Highly communicative, high quality work, the list goes on! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! EXCELLENT job!!!
