Steve, the owner, promptly replied to my emergency flooding mitigation consultation over email. Dave, the technician, was very professional, on-time, and even came out on a Sunday. They respected our house and took extra care to keep the pets inside while they were in and out of the house working. They did a full service, treated for mold, and used organic sanitizers. Undoubtedly they are my new service provider for water mitigation.

Restoration Doctor came to help us when our washing machine leaked in 2019. We noticed a smell and reached out. Steve came back out at no charge and treated the system again. The smell is gone. Edgar had told us originally that the initial smell may return but they guaranteed their work. They are honest and they stand by their warranty. I would definitely use them again.
